Description
Horace Banner, the author, was a missionary who lived with and loved the people of the Amazonian rainforest. Rain Forest Adventures has twenty-seven stories about the animals and natural life of the Amazon rainforest. Each story has a spiritual application. The book has ninety-six pages.
These are stories about tree frogs, anteaters, piranha fish, snakes, and jaguars. These all show the wonders of God's creation. Each story contains a Bible verse and lesson.

Considerations
- Each translation of these stories will need to be made culturally appropriate.
- Some stories have been written in a longer version in another book, Amazon Adventures
- The Scriptures and the lessons are useful for children 8-12 years of age.
Limitations
Guidelines for Use
- Useful for radio programs.
- Use as audio cassettes with flipchart illustrations. This would show pictures of the animals.
