Please use the Product Template (PT). To use this template, go to the Edit bar and click the "PT" button. Enter your information after the equal signs ("="), and it will show up like the outline below. If you do not have information for a certain area, leave a blank space after the equal sign ("="). DO NOT REMOVE the word(s) before the equal sign ("=") as it will affect the output of the template.

Describe or list limitations of the product.

Link to Producer or Source Organization

Make a link to the appropriate SPARK "Organizations" page. This can be the organization producing the product or an organization distributing the product. If it doesn't exist, create it after saving this page. (See under "How to Add and Edit Documents on this Site.") Then come back and edit this page to add the link.

Cost

If you choose to include cost, include a date, e.g., "retail price on April 2007 was $30."

Producer/Owners

Author/Artist/Producer

Enter the author if it's a book, name of artist for drawings, or name of producer or producing organization for a video.

Current Copyright Owner

Enter the contact information for the actual owner/copyright holder (not necessarily the purchasing source).

Other Information

Add other helpful information. It may be a link to the appropriate "Organizations" page in SPARK. This may be an alternate source for obtaining the product. For example: VMS Sales. Do not include costs if they undercut the main producer.
