Considerations

• The flip-chart booklet is 10" x 13", large enough to use with a small group of children.
• The booklet has fifteen pages of pictures and printed text.
• The teacher's text is a removable pamphlet inside the flipchart booklet.
• Each section can be taught in ten minutes.
• The flipchart uses two shades of green, grey, black, and white.

Limitations

• This flip-chart booklet expects children can read and understand symbols. It will not be useful for children who are not picture literate.
• The pictures may not be meaningful to children in non-western cultures.
