A set of 12 African stories, taken from Jungle Doctor books, in comic book form.
Description
This set of twelve African stories from the “Jungle Doctor” books will be liked by children everywhere. The pictures are in color and show the animals and the troubles they find themselves facing. This makes the stories exciting.
Each comic book has a story from one of the Jungle Doctor books written by Paul White who was a missionary doctor in Tanzania.

These stories differ somewhat from the original stories. The final pages have a Scripture verse that relates to the story. Some of the stories are told in order to help make a decision to follow Jesus.
Considerations
- The booklets sizes are 21 cm X 18 cm (7” X 8”).
- Each booklet has 12 pages.
- Each page has many pictures and captions.
- The pictures are small, but clear and easy to understand.
- Because they are small some pictures show only part of an animal or scene. Children in some language groups will need help in understanding these pictures.
- Pictures are read from left to right in rows moving down the page. In some language groups children will be used to looking at pictures in the opposite direction.
