One-sentence summary

The “Good News” Sunday School lessons teach children how to believe in Jesus.

Description

These lessons were first published by the Africa Inland Church Sunday School Committee in Juba, Southern Sudan. They have been made useful for other oral cultures by Language Recordings Inc. They had permission to do this from the Africa Inland Church, Sudan. These lessons are to be used with the Look, Listen & Live Picture Book # 8. This can be obtained from Language Recordings Inc. or from Global Recordings Network.

Each lesson can be taught in about twenty minutes. The teacher must plan the singing, prayer, Bible reading, quizzes and other activities. Each lesson should end with a prayer and song related to the lesson.

The subject at the top of each story directs the teaching of that lesson. The teacher should teach only one or two truths in each lesson. This helps the children stay interested.
